Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on fragrance products or items marked as final sale.
How to Return
- 1Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- 2We will provide a return authorisation and collection address.
- 3Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- 4Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where available. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchange items are subject to availability.
